| Matt
Agresta |
Matt
Agresta is the Order Fulfillment Manager at Anritsu Company,
a world recognized leader in Test and Measurement equipment.
He has been lucky to have served in a wide variety of positions
in his 5 plus years at Anritsu. He is responsible for managing
the orders, shipments, and bookings for the United States
and Latin America. In addition to leading a department, he
has added duties as a project manager. Recently, he successfully
completed a major repackaging of Anritsu's CRM application
for North America, measurably improving end user acceptance
and forecast accuracy. Matt also serves on the Risk Management
committee, helping communicate the business risks to the Anritsu
board of directors.
Previously,
Matt served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Anritsu's
IS department. As project manager, he successfully implemented
a trade compliance project with an application service provider.
Prior to Anritsu, Matt spent 5 years at Ryan Herco Products,
a leading distributor of fluid handling products. There he
served as a Technical Sales person and in Operations Management,
also helping to successfully implement a company wide training
program for all inside sales people.
He
received his degree in Biology from California State University
Long Beach. Matt enjoys playing golf whenever he gets the
chance as well as volleyball, and basketball. To relax he
enjoys playing the guitar and reading his far too many magazine
subscriptions.
He
lives and works in Morgan Hill with his wife Keriann, and
their two girls Maria and Kristina, ages 6 and 1.

Gitanjali
(Gita) Barry is an Associate Product Manager at Boston Scientific.
She is responsible for global marketing of new and established
medical devices for interventional neurovascular applications.
Her responsibilities include global marketing strategies,
pricing, positioning, customer needs assessments, promotional
material development, physician and sales force training material,
product launch, and field support. Her position requires significant
interaction with physicians, technologists, nurses, engineers
and scientists in the development, testing and clinical use
of new access products for interventional neurovascular applications.
Previously
she was Director of Product Development at Vasconnect, Inc.,
where she was responsible for development of a novel anastomosis
device and delivery system for peripheral vascular applications.
Gita has over eight years of work experience in the medical
device industry including engineering positions at Corazon
Technologies, W.L. Gore & Associates, and Cordis, a Johnson
& Johnson Company. Gita has a Biomedical Engineering degree
from the University of Miami.
For
leisure, she enjoys outside activities, including hiking,
camping, and biking, supporting her husband's triathlons,
and watching movies. She lives in Fremont with her husband
Dave and their two rat terriers.

Gene
Domecus is the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial
Officer at macys.com, a separate operating division of Federated
Department Stores, Inc., in San Francisco, CA. He has profit
and loss responsibility for total Internet sales at macys.com
and weddingchannel.com, the bridal registry alliance of all
6 Federated divisions. His duties include financial planning,
capital spending, expense budget control and legal compliance.
Gene also manages the merchandise planning functions including
sales, gross margin, inventory productivity and order fulfillment
logistics, including facility capacity and sku / unit forecasting.
Gene
has been with Federated in some capacity for his entire 20-year
career. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of e-Commerce
at macys.com, and was part of the original team that launched
the Internet channel for Macy's in 1998. In that role, Gene
supervised teams in both New York and San Francisco responsible
for site merchandising, inventory planning, content management,
and technical development, specifically related to legacy
systems integration. Prior to macys.com, he was Vice President
and Director of Planning for Macy's West. Gene's career also
includes 7 years experience in merchandising as a Buyer in
Bridge & Fine Jewelry, where he earned his certification
in diamond grading from the Gemological Institute of America
and enjoyed semi-annual trips to northern Italy sourcing product.
He
currently sits on the Board of Directors for Shop.org, the
network of retailers on-line and a division of the National
Retail Federation in Washington, D.C., and previously sat
on the Retail Advisory Board for Propel Software in Santa
Clara, CA.
He
received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the
University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, in 1983, majoring
in Communications, with an emphasis in Organizational Development.
While at UOP, he was elected President of his fraternity,
Alpha Kappa Phi/Archania, studied piano and flute at the Conservatory
of Music and most importantly, met his future bride Cindy
on the first day of school after sharing the same dorm hallway.
Today, the couple lives in Hillsborough with their three children
Grace, Grant and Mark (nine, five and three years old respectively).
Most
of Gene's volunteer work centers around various activities
of the 1st Presbyterian Church in Burlingame, CA, where he
serves on the Board of Deacons. In addition, his favorite
pastimes are wine tasting, travel, dogs, cooking, theater,
art and music. He especially enjoys entertaining friends by
creating a 'wine-maker's dinner' of five courses paired specifically
with a different varietal to enhance the blend of flavors.

Ernst |
Jennifer
Ernst is the Manager of Communications at the Palo Alto Research
Center (PARC), a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation. Through
her organization's external and internal communication programs,
she is responsible for raising awareness of the company, increasing
business opportunities, supporting the sales cycle, and keeping
employees involved in and committed to the organization and
its goals.
Ms.
Ernst was recruited in 1997 by PARC's V.P. of Operations to
help build an integrated Communications organization by leading
the consolidation of several discrete groups. She broadened
the new team's charter to encompass such areas as public relations,
marketing communications, analyst relations, employee communications
and Internet/Intranet management. The strategic value of her
contributions was recognized in 2002 with an Excellence in
Management Award, one of the company's top honors.
She
has successfully led multiple cross-organizational and inter-company
projects. Following PARC's transition from a corporate research
lab to a subsidiary company, Ms. Ernst led the deployment
of a re-architected Internet site to support the new company's
business objectives - from design and content, to server and
application infrastructure. She also spearheaded a broad-reaching
program to capture and document PARC's intellectual property
assets related to trademarks, copyrights and domains. Among
her inter-company projects is an industry-wide celebration
of Ethernet's thirtieth anniversary that included seven companies
and received coverage in more than 30 major publications.
Prior
to taking her current role, Ms. Ernst was part of an experimental
research program focused on the interactions of technology
and design, where she served as project manager for web, multimedia,
video and graphic design projects. She joined PARC in 1990
as part of the Creative Services organization after working
with the production department of the San Francisco ABC affiliate,
KGO-TV.
Ms.
Ernst received a BA in Radio/Television from San Francisco
State University with high honors; in 1994, she received a
Bronze Medal in Arts & Cultural Programming from the Charleston
Film Festival. PARC has presented her with two top awards,
the Excellence in Management described earlier and an earlier
Excellence in Support of Research.

Roger
Frey is Business Development Manager at Network Appliance,
Inc., located in Sunnyvale, CA. His primary responsibility
is managing the marketing and technical relationship between
NetApp and Microsoft Corporation. He is also involved in developing
its Windows technology strategy. Roger also manages strategic
alliances with other storage and networking companies.
Previously,
Roger was Senior Product Manager for Server and Storage Products
at Wind River Systems, Inc. Prior to Wind River, Roger has
held senior sales and marketing positions at Yahoo!, InfoWorld
Publishing and Microsoft Corporation.
He
received his BA in Political Science (Soviet foreign policy)
from the University of Washington, located in Seattle, WA.
He is a published author of several essays regarding Russian
literature.
For
leisure, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and biking. He enjoys
reading history and listening to music. He is a fan of the
University of Washington football program, the San Francisco
Giants and the San Francisco 49ers. He is an accomplished
amateur chef and enjoys cooking for family and friends. Roger
lives in Palo Alto, CA with his wife Allison and their two

Edouard
Granstedt is a Senior Engineering Manager at Motorola. He
is responsible for the MoCA Design Center which he launched
in April 2000. This center provides Internet Protocol technology
for Motorola's world wide Public Safety Radio Communication
Systems. The team designs edge and core routers responsible
for packet voice communication over an IP transport. The group
consists of 60 members responsible for product development
and release to contract manufacturing. Ed's specific duties
include managing the design center site, budget, staffing,
resource usage, product portfolio.
Previously,
Ed was with TRW for 12 years and was most recently, a line
of business Chief System Engineer . In this role he was responsible
for the acquisition, development, and support of complex real-time
processing systems. This included the formulation of business
capture plans and preparation and tender of proposals. Post
award, the efforts included forming the development team,
performing system design and development, integrating prototype
and production equipment, and final sell-off to customers.
Ed's specific duties spanned managing technical, cost, and
schedule performance of the project system engineering activities.
Ed
received his degree in mathematics/computer science from San
Jose State University.
Ed
and his wife Allison lead the marriage preparation ministry
for their parish.
For
leisure, Ed enjoys composing music on his Korg Triton keyboard
and modeling the Southern Pacific railroad in N gauge. He
lives in Santa Clara with his wife Allison and their sons
Jason and Aaron, ages 9 and 4 respectively.

Haskell |
Bill
Haskell is project manager at Creativity, Inc. He is responsible
for overseeing a team of about 15 people in creating the music,
sound effects and speech that are used in a product called
PowerTouch by Fisher-Price. This interactive book teaches
children language skills through stories and interaction with
the product. His responsibilities extend to managing tasks
and resources, scheduling, securing talent & negotiations,
compiling cost information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
His
career began as a systems engineer at TRW. There, he performed
a wide range of technical jobs including hardware and software
design, signal analysis and computer system administration.
After 13 years in engineering, Bill spent the next few years
in education teaching secondary-level mathematics. Returning
to the technical realm, he found some interesting opportunities
at startup companies. The first, eMind.com, created web-based
courses for professions such as accounting. While there, Bill
worked as a content producer, QA manager and production manager.
His next opportunity was at the New Internet Computer Company
(NIC). NIC produced an Internet appliance running Linux and
Netscape. Bill's duties as project manager at NIC included
overseeing hardware and software design, development and production.
Bill
earned his undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering
from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He later
received a Master of Science degree in Cybernetic Systems
from San Jose State University. Most recently, Bill earned
a Master of Arts in Education along with a teaching credential
from Stanford University.
For
leisure, he enjoys bicycling, backpacking, and other outdoor
activities. On an ongoing basis, Bill actively supports environmental
issues.

Lincoln
Heacock is director of IT Applications at CyberSource Corporation,
a provider of electronic payment and risk management solutions
to organizations that conduct financial transactions over
the Internet. He is responsible for managing the budget, planning,
and strategy for all internal applications and systems that
support the company's business units. In his 5+ years at CyberSource,
Lincoln has enhanced the company's effectiveness by building
an infrastructure that supports the Finance, Human Resources,
Customer Support, Product Development and Management, Operations,
Marketing, and Sales functions. Lincoln currently leads a
team of architects, programmer analysts and business analysts
to help meet the needs of the organization.
Previously,
Lincoln was a Project Manager at IT Solutions, Inc. where
he worked with clients such as Synopsys, Sun Microsystems,
and co-led the creation of a new software development function
within IT Solutions. Lincoln also has held numerous programmer
analyst and system support positions at Silicon Graphics and
Mips Computer Systems.
Lincoln
received his bachelor of science degree in Computer Science
from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Kain |
Steve
Kain has over 12 years experience as a Scientific and Business
Director in environments ranging from start-ups to public
companies. His primary area of expertise is preclinical pharmaceutical
development, where he has contributed to the development and
marketing of hardware, software, and consumable products targeting
the drug discovery market. In his most recent position with
Scimagix, Inc., Steve was a Senior Marketing Director responsible
for implementing a strategy to develop cellular image analysis
and informatics software for use in pharmaceutical research.
He lead all business development, sales, and marketing functions
related to cellular applications, including formation of strategic
partnerships with several of the top 15 biopharmaceutical
companies. Steve lead the launch of a Scientific Image Management
System (SIMS) software product line to augment performance
of drug screening platforms. Projected sales from this product
line account for one-third of the company revenues in 2004.
In
previous positions, Steve has been Senior Director of Business
Development for Cellomics, Inc., the market leader in development
of high-resolution imaging systems used for drug discovery.
He was also a Business Unit Director for Becton Dickinson
and Company, responsible for managing a new business venture
to leverage the company core market strength in cellular analysis
with instrument platforms and reagent systems used for pharmaceutical
development. Steve spent several years with Clontech Laboratories
as the Director of Cell Biology. In this role, he successfully
managed several commercial R&D programs, and launched
over 100 products used in life science research. Most notably,
Steve was the inventor of several products based on the Green
Fluorescent Protein (GFP). This technology has made a major
impact on diverse markets such as agriculture, virology, pharmaceuticals,
food safety, and the pet industry (e.g. "glowing fish"
- the first genetically engineered pet approved in the U.S.).
He has authored over 60 scientific publications, books, and
patents on the subject, and negotiated several licensing deals
with large pharmaceutical companies to provide access to GFP.
Steve
received his Bachelors degree in Pharmacology from the University
of California at Santa Barbara, and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry
from the University of California at Riverside. He also conducted
postdoctoral training at the University of California at Berkeley.

Raj
is Partner Software Development Manager at Varian Medical
Systems in Palo Alto, California. He is responsible for developing
standard and proprietary software interfaces like DICOM and
HL7. He oversees several projects and teams working at different
geographical locations in the world.
Prior
to joining Varian Medical Systems, Raj enjoyed various technical
and management positions in technology industry in India.
He worked with varied Indian businesses from large family
owned businesses, Indian conglomerates; small scale Industry
to government sector. UB Group, WIE, BSF, Patni Computer Systems
are to name a few. He also had a successful business back
in India, which he co-founded.
He
received his Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication
Engineering from Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications
(New Delhi, India), and Engineering Diploma in Electronics
and Radio Communication from CWIT (Pune, India).
Raj
enjoys spending time with family and friends. He lives in
Cupertino with wife Smita and 5 year old son Siddharth. Smita
is an Electrical engineer from University of Pune and she
worked with e-commerce and Medical device companies in Bay
area.

Paul
Loughnane is Director of Hardware Engineering at Logitech
Inc. He is responsible for design, development and production
launch of PC peripherals and gaming products for the video
game console and Entertainment markets. These products are
marketed and sold worldwide into both retail and OEM channels.
His responsibilities include:
- All aspects of new product design and development, from
initial concept definition to high volume production.
- Managing resources, planning activities, developing costs,
schedules and budgets. - Determining future technology and
manufacturing strategy.
- Continuous improvements in time to market and product costs.
Currently
Paul leads a multinational team of 25 people located in the
US and Taiwan comprised of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers,
Program Management, Test Engineering and Quality Assurance.
At
Logitech, Paul has also held the positions of Senior Electrical
Engineering Manager in the Interactive Entertainment BU, Quality
and Test Engineering Manager in the Entertainment and Video
BU and Hardware QA Manager in the Scanner and Imaging Business
Unit.
Prior
to his employment with Logitech Inc., Paul held a number of
Senior level Engineering positions in the electronics industry
in Ireland with Logitech (Ireland) Ltd., Ogden Atlantic Design,
Autotote (Ireland) Ltd. and Forde Electronics where he held
both Product Design and Manufacturing related roles.
He
received his degree in Electrical Engineering from University
College Cork, Ireland in 1989 and also holds a certificate
in Management from Open University, U.K. For leisure, he enjoys
hiking, skiing and spending time with his family.
He
lives in Newark, CA with his wife Aisling and two children,
Ciara and Michael, ages six and two respectively.

Gregory
Lynn is currently on sabbatical. Prior to this he was Senior
Director of Engineering and SQA at i-drive, the pioneer of
consumer web storage technology and the number one file and
music download site on the Internet. During his three years
at I-drive, he was initially responsible for creating the
quality assurance and customer support departments from scratch,
then directed the engineering development of all products.
Previously
he was a Lead Software Quality Engineer at Netscape, producing
the Navigator/Communicator browser client software and free
source codebase for Mozilla. He was also a Lead SQA Engineer
at Apple Computer producing key software diagnostic products
for its resellers and consumers. Before Apple, at Jasmine
Technologies, he served in Customer Service, Product Management
and as Manager of Mass Storage Product Development providing
leading storage solutions for the Macintosh.
He
received his B.S.C. in Finance from The University of Santa
Clara in 1985 and a California Real Estate Broker's license
in 1992. He is a member of the Software Engineering Institute
(SEI) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Gregory
supports various charities and organizations including the
Challenger Center for Space Science Education, the Monterey
Bay Aquarium and the National Foundation for Cancer Research.
For
leisure, he enjoys a wide variety of activities and interests
including travel, photography, cycling, science fiction novels,
music, movies, martial arts, cooking, fine wine and the great
outdoors.
He
lives in Campbell, enjoys spending time with his girlfriend,

Andy
Mackenzie is the Director of Engineering at PST, Inc.; a Palo
Alto based medical device start up company. Andy is responsible
for Product Development, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance
and Clinical Research. PST's products are intended to improve
clinical outcomes in various types of extirpative surgeries
(where tissue is removed) through the design of novel electrosurgical
devices.
Prior
to PST, Andy was Director of Research and Development at medical
device maker InnerDyne, Inc. through it's acquisition by US
Surgical, and was Project Leader and Angioplasty Products
Designer at Guidant.
Andy
received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from
Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1988, and a Master of Science
in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California,
Berkeley in 1990.

Pickford |
Lesley
Pickford is currently self-employed as a consultant in biotechnology
R&D. In this capacity, she advises small and startup companies
on strategies for defining their preclinical and clinical
programs, product profiles and target markets. She also supports
the efforts to raise funds for their companies. With her husband
she also operates a small aviation business, owning aircraft
for rental, as well as a small equestrian-related business.
Lesley
has over 12 years industry experience in the Bay Area in drug
and diagnostic development, predominantly in the disease areas
of oncology, autoimmune diseases and diabetes. Until mid-2003,
Lesley was VP of Research at Calyx Therapeutics, a small venture
capital-funded company, where she managed 20 reports in several
functional areas, and had executive management responsibilities
including budgeting up to $25M. Previously she held Director
of Pharmacology and/or Toxicology positions at the biopharmaceutical
companies Corixa, Coulter Pharmaceutical and Connetics. Prior
to that, she was a Senior Scientist at Nycomed Salutar. In
these companies she had various roles, ranging from discovery
research through preclinical and clinical development, which
have contributed to the successful registration and commercialization
of 5 products. Lesley has lead and participated on many project
teams, including collaborative joint ventures with international
pharmaceutical companies. She has been extensively involved
in Business Development activities including M&A, licensing
of drugs and spin-outs of research programs. Earlier in her
career, Lesley was a veterinary surgery Manager.
Lesley
received a PhD in Medical Biochemistry from Flinders University
of South Australia, and a Bachelors of Science degree with
first class honors, majoring in Physiology and Biochemistry
from Adelaide University, in South Australia. She held Post-Doctoral
Fellowships at Stanford University in the Departments of Pathology
and Psychiatry for 6 years. She has 12 peer-reviewed scientific
publications or book chapters and 30 abstracts, and has authored
many internal reports and documents for regulatory submissions.
She is an inventor on 3 patents related to novel oncology
therapeutics.
Lesley
serves as a volunteer coordinator for the BioE2E (Entrepreneur
to Entrepreneur) organization, is a committee member of the
Young Australian Professionals, Life Science vertical sub-group,
and is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association,
SF Chapter. She formerly served on the Board of Governors
of the non-profit Woodside Horse Park, and was the organizer
of several nationally-rated equestrian competitions.
Lesley
has had a lifelong involvement with horses, now focused on
the discipline of dressage. She also enjoys flying and sailing
and, in common with many Australians, has an interest in wine
and winemaking. She is perpetually writing a novel based on
her horsey adventures. She lives in Menlo Park with her husband
Evan Williams and assorted cats.

Rogenmoser |
Robert
Rogenmoser is a Senior Engineering Manager at Broadcom. He
is the implementation lead for the BCM1480 chip built in a
cutting edge 90nm CMOS technology. The chip consists of four
microprocessors running at over 1GHz, a 1MB cache, and several
10Gbit and 1Gbit interfaces, totaling over 130 million transistors.
Besides managing his team which is responsible for all custom
digital blocks including the CPU he works with several other
groups that deliver parts of the chip. He also interfaces
with the foundry that is manufacturing the chip.
Previously
Robert was a Principal Design Engineer at SiByte Corporation
where he led a small engineering team and built a high performance
Floating Point Unit from scratch. He also worked for three
years as a design engineer at Intel Corporation, where he
enabled a successful first tapeout and working silicon of
the first generation Itanium.
Robert
received his PhD and MS degrees at the Swiss Federal Institute
of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland. He graduated from the
Integrated Systems Lab of the Electrical Engineering Department
with a thesis on "The Design of High-Speed Dynamic VLSI
circuits", available in print.
He
is a member of the International Solid-State Circuits Conference
committee serving in the Digital subcommittee. He has published
many papers on high-speed and low-power VLSI designs and chips
and currently holds four patents.
For
leisure he enjoys exercising, golfing, skiing, reading, and
spending time with his family. He lives in Santa Clara with
his wife and two children.

Sehgal |
Naresh
is an Alliance manager for the Itanium processor family at
Intel Corporation. Itanium is Intel's 64-bit processor family
aimed at Enterprise Servers. Naresh manages the co-development
of this program with HP. He is responsible for the program
management of product roadmap and its implementation in the
Alliance.
Prior
to that, he was Design Automation manager for a cpu project
at Intel. Naresh also worked for 10 years at Intel's Design
Technology division, writing and managing various Computer
Aided Design tools. Naresh holds a Ph.D. in computer engineering
from Syracuse University, NY. His background includes software
development, and an electrical engineering degree from Punjab
Engineering College in India.
For
leisure, Naresh enjoys reading and spending time with his
family. He lives in Santa Clara with his wife Sunita, a 6
yr-old son Hetesh, and 3-year old twin daughters Gauri and
Garima. They all have been very supportive of Dad going back
to school again.

Venkatesh
Tadinada is Vice President, Engineering at ClearBenefits.
ClearBenefits provides Employee Self Service capabilities
for small to medium size companies for their benefits management.
Venkat is responsible for designing, developing and operations
of ClearBenefits service offerings.
Previously
he was Director Professional Services at Vigilance, Inc. There
he was responsible for installing and providing technical
services to customers all over the world. Prior to Vigilance,
Venkat was a Manager at Ernst & Young, in their Management
Consulting division.
Venkat
has Masters in Computer Applications from the university of
Poona and also a BS in Maths from the same institute.
For
leisure, he enjoys biking, trekking and playing chess with
his eight year old son, Ravi. Going camping with his wife
Chitra and son is his favorite weekend activity.

David
Todd is a Sigma Black Belt at Sun Microsystems Inc. He is
responsible for identifying key opportunities and driving
process innovation and improvement projects with regard to
sales and services. He also is charged with business planning
for the sales and services administration team across Asia
Pacific. He led the global team that designed and implemented
the online software update delivery system in 52 countries
and nine major languages. He also managed the team across
Asia Pacific that designed, localized and implemented the
Online Support Center, which entitles and delivers technical
support according to contracts. He joined Sun in 1997 as the
program manager responsible for implementing and operating
the Sun Download Center, which enabled online commerce and
delivery of software, including distribution of Java technology.
Previously,
David was a financial writer at American Century Investments
responsible for shareholder communications on behalf of the
Chairman and CEO. He joined the firm as a registered representative
selling financial products and servicing shareholders.
He
received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts (Cum Laude), with
an emphasis in Mass Communications and Public Relations, from
Mesa State College in Grand Junction Colorado. He appeared
in Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges for two
sequential years.
David
has received numerous achievement awards within Sun Microsystems,
including the Best of the Best award for leading a global
enterprise software management project, and a Global Vision
Mission and Values award for leadership and professionalism.
For

Since
1994 Tom has held various positions within Samsung's Semiconductor's
division, both in the US and in Europe (Germany & Scotland).
Currently, as a Sales Director based in San Jose, California,
Tom manages a number of strategic customers and territories
in the US. His primary focus is the semiconductor and disc
drive business. Prior to joining Samsung's US division he
spent a number of years managing Hitachi's Electronic Components
business in Ireland. Before entering Electronics, Tom spent
a number of years working in the medical device industry which
features heavily along the west coast of Ireland, his native
country.
He
holds a BBS from the Galway/Mayo Institute of Technology,
and an MBA from Santa Clara University (CA). Tom and his family
live in Mountain View, California. He enjoys fast paced, challenging
and changing environments in both his private and professional
life.

Sridhar
Vuruputoor is currently working as a Senior Manager, Projects
at JRD Systems Inc where he moved, after downsizing in his
previous company, i2 Technologies Inc. Sridhar has over 16
years of experience in software and systems development, with
the last 7 years in Supplier Relationship Management domain.
Previously,
at i2 technologies Inc, a pioneer in Supply Chain Management,
Sridhar was a Senior Manager, Solutions Development, responsible
for providing customized strategic sourcing solutions to key
customers like Toshiba Semiconductor Inc, Japan and Applied
Materials Inc. Sridhar came to i2 Technologies through the
acquisition of Rightworks Inc. a successful startup that provided
highly scalable eProcurement solutions. At Rightworks, Sridhar
managed a custom development group which developed customized
solutions for over 15 customers and earned a revenue of over
$2M per quarter. Sridhar was also responsible for the outsourcing
partnership with HCL Infosystems (a top 5, IT services company
in India). Sridhar established from scratch and managed the
offshore development center of over 50 engineers. Prior to
Rightworks, Sridhar worked at Aspect Development in India
and was responsible for managing the development of Aspect's
flagship product, Explore and for setting up the processes
for software development from an offshore location. Prior
to that Sridhar worked as a Senior Scientific Officer at Indira
Gandhi Center for Atomic Research, Department of Atomic Energy,
Govt. of India, where he has developed Supervisory Control
and Data Acquistion (SCADA) Systems for monitoring the functioning
of the atomic power plants and heavy water plants. Sridhar
was also involved in the development of fault tolerant Dual
LAN for use in critical monitoring systems.
Sridhar
holds a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor
in Instrumentation from Osmania University in India. He is
a member of Project Management Institute, Silicon Valley Chapter.
He served as Executive Committee Member of cultural organization
Kalpakkam Telugu Samithi while working at IGCAR, where he
organized many cultural programs. He, like many Indians is
very much obsessed with the game of cricket and played the
same at college and local league in Hyderabad, India, where
he grew up.
Sridhar
lives in Sunnyvale with his wife, Bhooma, 7 year old daughter,
Yashaswini and 1 year old son, Adithya. He spends leisure
time watching old Indian movies and playing with his children.

Daniel
A. Wagner, P.E. is the Process Engineering Manager at Drexler
Technology Corporation. He leads a team of process engineers
and technicians in a manufacturing plant for optical memory
cards used mainly as high security identification documents
for Visitors, Legal Residents, and Citizens of countries including
United States, Canada, and Italy.
Previously
he was Global Technical Support Engineer at Electroglas, a
supplier of test equipment for the semiconductor industry,
where he designed and implemented a worldwide program of reliability
upgrades for equipment already deployed in the field. Before
Electroglas Daniel was Controls Engineer and latter Engineering
Manager at Harmony Foods, a famous maker of chocolates, gummy
bears, and jelly beans.
Daniel
received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from
Excelsior College. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer
in Control System Engineering registered with the California
Board of Professional Engineers. Prior to his arrival in the
United States, Daniel studied Nuclear Technology and Civil
Engineering in Romania.
Daniel
also served as member of the editorial review board for the
American Institute of Plant Engineers, AIPE, and wrote for
"The Facilities Journal," the official AIPE publication.
He is also recognized as an inventor and has been granted
patent No. 6,047,711 in 2001 by the US Patent Office.
For
leisure Daniel enjoys Skiing, Kayaking, Swimming, Hang gliding,
and also good food and fine wine. He lives in Palo Alto with
his wife Ioana and their twin teenage boys David and William.
