The Career Center offers a variety of programs and services for employers who wish to recruit students for employment. We sponsor three Career Fairs each year, as well as on campus interviewing, panel presentations, and internship and job postings.

Job Postings - MBA Career Services offers a free job posting service for all employers and executive recruiters interested in Santa Clara MBA students and alumni. Our office runs an e-mail job board which is sent daily to over 800 SCU students and alumni. In order to have your job posted in this free listing service, please send an e-mail to AnaKarina White, Assistant Director and Employer Relations Manager. Please include the complete job description as well as who you want the candidates to send their resume and cover letter to. This job board is sent daily, but the job will only be listed once. If you would like it to be sent out more than once, please indicate this in your e-mail.

We have students and alumni on the Board, and this represents people with anywhere from 1 - 20+ years of work experience. Feel free to send all levels of employment, from entry level to senior executives. We are also happy to send your posting to a specific group of people off the list - alumni only or students only. It's your choice!

Internship Postings - MBA Career Services offers a free internship posting service for all employers and executive recruiters interested in Santa Clara MBA students for internship employment. Our office runs an e-mail job board which is sent to internship seeking SCU MBA students. In order to have your internship posted in this free listing service, please send an e-mail to AnaKarina White, Assistant Director and Employer Relations Manager. Please include the complete internship description as well as who you want the candidates to send their resume and cover letter to. We will send out your posting immediately, but the internship will only be listed once. If you would like it to be sent out more than once, please indicate this in your e-mail.

Keep in mind that Santa Clara University's MBA Program is an evening program, so our students are able to work in an internship capacity all year. They are not limited to summer only internships. Feel free to send us posting year round!

MBA Resume Searches - In order to request a custom resume search, please complete and submit (fax) the following form. Please note that resume searches are NOT available to third party recruiters. Custom resume searches cost $50, plus $1 per resume. Payment can be made by check payable to Santa Clara University.

We cannot guarantee that students are all available for full time employment. By requesting a resume search, you will then be free to contact the students at your convenience. Once you submit your custom resume search request, you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm. Resumes will then be sent to employers via e-mail within three to five days along with an invoice.
