Women's Leadership Center

The
time has come for millions of women to be fully engaged as
world leaders
|
A
new organization dedicated to training women from around the world
to produce breakthrough results in leading governments, businesses,
and communities - worldwide. Guided by Santa Clara University's
leadership principles of competence, compassion and conscience,
the GWLC will bring women from Silicon Valley and the U.S. together
with women from the world to participate in curriculum designed
around the meaning of being a "Whole Woman, Whole Leader, Whole
World". Leaders will return to their businesses and communities
ready to achieve unprecedented results as newly minted leaders.

launch event is designed to have everyone learn about the work of
the GWLC and, more importantly, to actually experience what it is
to be a global leader, to have our eyes opened to global leader
competencies. You will come away: knowing about the Global Women's
Leadership Center and how it can serve you and your company; having
experienced the curriculum; envisioning new possibilities for your
own and others' ways of leading.
