Not every region of the world can be biotech center. However, the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship does not always rely on advanced technology. The Center in partnership with NGO's and other academic instituions aims to help people in other parts of the world recognize and create opportunities that give them a distinct competitive advantage in the global marketplace. By partnering with other academic institutions and addressing the needs of today's entrepreneurs and underrepresented groups it is hoped that more of the world's population will share, on a more equitable basis, in the future economic growth.
