Institute for Spirituality and Organizational Leadership : Proceedings from "Bridging the Gap"

During the weekend of March 9 - 11, 2001, Santa Clara University hosted "Bridging the Gap Between Spirituality and Business," engaging scholars from around the world to consider how the business disciplines might be informed and transformed by the world's spiritual traditions.

The Proceedings are presented here as "working papers." They are provided in the spirit of sharing, but do not represent "final" publication readiness.

It is likely that some essays (in whole or part) will be published in refined format at a later date.

Therefore, please do not disseminate the proceedings separate from this notation that these essays are preliminary documents; still "work in process."
